What you are going to do

In the position of Teamleader Logistics, you will work in day shift. Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Leading and managing the employees within the Logistics department;
  • Coordinating the logistics activities with the production planning;
  • Correct and timely administration of the relevant data in the ERP system;
  • Training and induction of (new) employees;
  • Ensuring that the quality of transport insurance is guaranteed;
  • Ensuring sufficient available resources;
  • Conducting and administering the interview cycle.

What we ask

  • You have an MBO working and thinking level with mathematical and technical insight;
  • You have relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • You have experience with customs matters and incoterms;
  • You have (situational) leadership qualities;
  • You have strong organisational and communication skills;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
