Envirometer - Stimular

Protecting the environment is very important to us. As stated in the Safety chapter, the environment is an integral part of our training program, incident and near-miss system, and is included in our investment programs and projects.

We have been working with the Envirometer since 2011, using it to gain insight into our environmental performance and to manage it effectively. It is, therefore, very satisfying to see continuous improvement year after year. The associated performance indicators are part of our management system (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).

We have implemented several measures to enhance our environmental performance, and where possible, we will continue to do so. With this approach, we are contributing to a more sustainable environment, both now and in the future.

Environment

Through recycling, waste separation, and energy-saving programs, we contribute to reducing negative environmental impacts. In addition, over 3,000 solar panels were installed on the roofs of our premises in 2019.

Since 2011, we have been certified under the International Standard ISO 14001 (currently version ISO 14001:2015).
