What will you do:

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of the Maintenance department, collaborating with a Project Engineer, an Electrical Maintenance Technician, and another Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Together, you will be responsible for organizing and executing all maintenance activities within the company. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the optimal operation of our installations and systems.

This day shift role will require you to help maintain the continuity of our production processes using your technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

Your responsibilities

  • Performing maintenance activities. You will maintain machines, tools, and buildings to ensure everything operates smoothly. Whether it involves routine maintenance or repairs, your technical expertise is vital for the efficient and safe operation of our installations.
  • Resolving malfunctions. When technical problems arise, you will identify the cause and implement fast, sustainable solutions. Using your mechanical knowledge, you will analyze issues and support production staff in optimizing the use of production equipment.
  • Conducting inspections and measurements. You will perform targeted inspections and measurements on critical machine components. Through your precise checks, you will identify potential issues early and contribute to continuous improvement in our production processes.
  • Record keeping. ou will maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and malfunctions to ensure everything is clear and well-documented.

What we ask

  • MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably a diploma in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role within a production environment.
  • Proven knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to apply your expertise broadly within the organization.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and other departments to find efficient solutions.
