Maintenance Work Planner

M/F (32 - 40 hours - day shift)

What will you do:

As a Maintenance Planner at EMS, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department, alongside a Project Engineer, a Mechanical Technician, and an Electrical Technician. Together, your goal will be to organize and execute all maintenance activities within the company, ensuring the optimal functioning of our installations and systems.Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing, and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Managing and updating the Spare Parts Management System.
  • Coordinating technicians and subcontractors.
  • Supporting and facilitating breakdown repairs.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and services

What we ask

  • A Vocational (MBO) or Bachelor’s (HBO) level of education, preferably in a technical field.
  • Experience in a similar position within the technical sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and planning methodologies.
