Assistant Machine Operator
(full-time - Shift work)
What you are going to do
As Assistant Machine Operator, you work on the complete slitting line machine. You are trained to independently perform all tasks around the slitting line. Main tasks are building up, breaking down and adjusting the set benches with knives, in and throughput of material, preparation of the slit rollers, and discharge with the overhead crane. Adjusting the knives is a very important process, which requires a lot of your sense of accuracy. You also assist your colleagues in and around the line and keep the work environment neat and clean. You will work in a small team of 2-3 people, within a team of ± 25 people.

What we ask
- Education at least at MBO level 2.
- You can work independently and have the flexibility to apply and develop your knowledge as widely as possible within the organization.
- You have technical and spatial insight.
- Several years of experience in a production environment is a plus.
- A forklift certificate, safe hoisting certificate and overhead crane are an advantage.
